Provide technical support to our team and clients as an IT Support Specialist. Troubleshooting skills and customer service are essential for this role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Experience with Active Directory and networking
• Customer service orientation
• Understanding of hardware and software issues
• Patience and excellent communication skills
• IT certifications (A+, Network+) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and configure software applications
• Maintain IT equipment and systems
• Create and manage user accounts
• Document support tickets and resolutions
• Train users on software and systems
• Escalate complex issues when needed
