Job Description

We need an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support to our employees. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and maintain IT infrastructure.

Requirements

2+ years of IT support experience. Knowledge of Windows and Mac systems. Understanding of networking basics. Experience with help desk ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills.
