Your Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across various roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees.
Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive remote work culture.
Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
HR Administration & Process Improvement
Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics.
Support management in HR projects and organizational initiatives.
Continuously improve HR processes and workflows.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.

✔ Solid understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.

✔ Experience in payroll support, employee administration, or HR coordination is a plus.

✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
