Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Create and publish job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture development.
Help resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
Promote a positive and productive remote working environment.
Administrative Support
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment databases.
Assist management with HR projects and process improvements.
Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Experience supporting payroll or employee administration is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
