Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships
  • Professional experience implementing solutions with Help Desk
  • Proven ability to leverage Windows effectively in projects
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Active Directory and related best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with Troubleshooting in production environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to specifications and best practices
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in development, testing, and production environments
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of systems
  • Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes
