- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Financial Controller or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Financial Reporting, IFRS, Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP, Budgeting, Team Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
