• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator
• Strong knowledge of quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
• Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Good knowledge of construction materials and pricing
• Proficient in MS Excel and relevant estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in the UAE/GCC is an advantage
Preference: Filipino or Indian with relevant experience are preferred.
