Requirements
• 2-3 years of email marketing experience
• Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
• Knowledge of HTML email coding basics
• A/B testing and segmentation expertise
• Understanding of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
• Strong copywriting skills
