Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving
Track document versions and revisions to avoid errors or duplication
Distribute documents to relevant departments and stakeholders
Ensure documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
Manage document control systems (e.g., EDMS – Electronic Document Management Systems)
Prepare reports, logs, and registers for document tracking
Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and management regarding document flow
Handle confidential documents securely
