Job Description

<p>We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our London, England team and scale our marketing efforts. Your skills in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, PPC will help us reach new markets and customers.</p>

<p>Your role will encompass the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. You'll build robust, testable code while considering security, performance, and maintainability. You'll also participate in on-call rotations and support production systems.</p>

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects and initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing with hands-on project experience
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and related best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with SEO in production environments
  • Deep understanding of PPC and its practical applications
  • Advanced skills in Social Media with ability to solve complex problems
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
  • Monitor and report on website traffic and user behavior
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns
  • Optimize marketing technology stack and integrations
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Create and present performance reports to stakeholders
