- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator (MySQL) or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with MySQL, SQL, Database Design
- Working knowledge of Performance Tuning, Replication, Backup Strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
