We are hiring a Data Scientist to join our analytics group in Toronto. You will work on production machine-learning models that power customer-personalisation, churn-prediction, and pricing decisions across our consumer business.
The role spans the full lifecycle: framing the business problem, designing and validating models, partnering with engineering on production deployment, and monitoring model performance after launch. You will work in Python with our internal ML platform, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders.
We value data scientists who can balance statistical rigour with shipping pragmatism, who treat model monitoring as core to the role rather than an afterthought, and who can communicate uncertainty honestly to non-technical stakeholders.
