Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and time management abilities

Enter and update data into computer systems and databases
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Verify and correct data errors when necessary
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents
Handle confidential information securely
Scan, sort, and file documents
Coordinate with different departments to collect required information
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Perform regular backups and data management activities
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
