• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Strong proficiency in: Technical Writing, Editing, Content Writing, Arabic
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
