We are looking for a Brand Strategist to join our marketing team in Vancouver. You will lead positioning work across our consumer brands, partnering with marketing leadership, creative teams, and product on strategic-narrative work.
The role spans qualitative and quantitative consumer research, positioning frameworks, brand-architecture decisions, and creative-direction work alongside our in-house design team. You will lead two-to-three major positioning projects per year and contribute to brand health monitoring across the portfolio.
We value strategists who can distill consumer research into sharp positioning rather than producing volumes of unactionable insight, who can defend strategic choices in front of senior stakeholders, and who treat the creative process as collaborative rather than territorial.

Requirements
- 4+ years of brand strategy experience in agency or in-house
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research grounding
- Track record leading at least three positioning projects end-to-end
- Excellent written communication for strategy documents
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders including C-level
- Working knowledge of brand-tracker measurement
- Consumer or retail vertical experience preferred
