Job Description
We are searching for an engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education. The barista will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food & beverage service or customer service preferred
• Willingness to learn food and beverage preparation techniques
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Restock supplies and replenish display items
• Monitor inventory and report stock requirements
• Update displays and signage to attract customers
• Learn and apply beverage preparation and presentation standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
