Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to improve our online visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic across multiple business units and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy, preferably within industrial, B2B, or e-commerce environments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Experience with CMS platforms and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues related to site speed, indexing, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align SEO strategies with business objectives.
• Manage off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach strategies.
• Track, report, and analyze SEO KPIs and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
