Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels. You will own the media budget, drive ROI, and scale our customer acquisition efforts.
Requirements
• 4+ years of performance marketing experience
• Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $10K+
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
• Experience with attribution modeling and conversion tracking
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Sheets skills
• Agency or in-house experience in the MENA region preferred

Responsibilities
• Manage and allocate paid media budgets
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily
• Build and test audience segments and creatives
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking
• Report on CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities
