Job Description
We are hiring an ERP Support Specialist to maintain and support our enterprise resource planning system. You will handle user requests, configure modules, and work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of ERP support experience (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo)
• Understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Experience with SQL for data queries
• Excellent communication in English

Responsibilities
• Provide first and second-level ERP support
• Configure and customize ERP modules
• Train end-users on system functionalities
• Coordinate with vendors for bug fixes and upgrades
• Document processes and create user guides
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects
