Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems. This role demands high attention to detail, speed, and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. You will support various departments by ensuring data integrity and availability for reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and verify alphanumeric data from source documents (e.g., forms, spreadsheets, invoices, or scanned images) into computerized systems with 99%+ accuracy.
• Review, correct, and update existing records to eliminate errors and duplicates.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to maintain database integrity.
• Organize and file physical or digital documents for easy retrieval.
• Generate routine reports and export data as needed using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
