Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the construction of villas, including basement and rooftop works.
Thorough knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements.
Well-versed with DDA, DM, and Trakhees regulations and approval processes.
Valid UAE experience certificate(s) are mandatory.
DM and Trakhees Engineer Cards are preferred.
Strong site supervision, coordination, and project execution skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
