<p>WUZZUFNY is looking for an <strong>Arabic SEO Content Specialist</strong> to grow the organic reach of our bilingual job marketplace across the MENA region. You will own the Arabic side of our content programme end to end, from keyword research through to publication and performance review.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on writing and optimisation role. You will work directly with our SEO lead and have real influence over what we publish and how it is structured. We care about search performance, but we care more about publishing content that genuinely helps job seekers and employers make better decisions.</p>
<h3>What you will be working on</h3>
<p>Our Arabic audience spans Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, and each market asks different questions about hiring, salaries and freelancing. You will research those questions, write clear answers, and make sure the technical presentation of that content is sound: proper heading structure, internal linking, schema markup, and metadata that reflects what the page actually says.</p>
<p>You will also help us audit and improve existing Arabic articles that are underperforming, and work with the engineering team on structured data and page-level SEO fixes.</p>

- Native or near-native Arabic writing ability, with strong professional English for research and team communication
- 2+ years producing SEO content, ideally for a marketplace, publisher or agency
- Practical experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Keyword Planner)
- Working understanding of on-page SEO: heading hierarchy, internal linking, metadata, and structured data
- Comfortable reading a Google Search Console report and acting on what it shows
- Experience publishing in a CMS and handling basic formatting and image optimisation
- Familiarity with MENA hiring and freelance markets is a strong advantage

- Own the Arabic content calendar and keep it aligned with search demand across MENA markets
- Optimise existing Arabic articles that are losing impressions or ranking below page one
- Build internal links between articles, job categories and landing pages
- Review Search Console data monthly and report on what is working and what is not
- Work with engineering on structured data, hreflang and technical SEO issues affecting Arabic pages
- Maintain a consistent editorial voice across all Arabic content
