We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our product team in Doha. You will own the design of new product features from research through high-fidelity delivery, contributing to and extending our internal design system across web and mobile.
We ship in two-week sprints. You will partner with a product manager, two engineers, and a copywriter on each feature stream, running user-research sessions when needed and presenting design decisions to senior stakeholders.
We value designers who can balance research depth with delivery pace, who care about accessibility, and who design with RTL Arabic users as a first-class consideration rather than an afterthought.

المتطلبات
- 3+ years of product design experience covering both UI and UX
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web product work
- Expert with Figma including auto-layout, components, and variants
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Comfortable running moderated user-research sessions
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)
- RTL Arabic design experience is strongly preferred
