We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Dubai. In this role you will own end-to-end feature delivery across our React frontend and Node.js backend, mentor mid-level engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions on our customer-facing platform.
Our team ships continuously. You will work alongside product designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver features used by tens of thousands of regional customers daily. We value engineers who balance pragmatic delivery with code-quality discipline and who can navigate trade-offs without losing momentum.
This is a senior-track position with growth into staff engineering or technical leadership over the next 12-18 months. We support certifications, conference attendance, and dedicated learning time each quarter.

المتطلبات
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Production experience with Node.js, Express, and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Solid SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiar with Docker and at least one cloud provider (AWS preferred)
- Comfortable owning features from spec to production deployment
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
