Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
4. Health Program Coordination
Assist in implementing personalized health support programs
Help monitor progress and ensure service continuity for patients
5. Content & Knowledge Sharing
Share educational health content, articles, or livestream sessions
Contribute to public health awareness and patient education
