Our team is growing and we are hiring a Release Manager to contribute to our roadmap in Manama, Bahrain. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, own end-to-end deliverables, and help shape processes as we scale. This is an on-site role, and you will be based at our office.

- 7+ years of professional experience as a Release Manager or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git
- Working knowledge of Release Management, Change Management, Agile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience mentoring peers, running technical reviews, and shaping team practices
