Searching for an excellent Podcast & Social Media Assistant for our high-quality Business & Entrepreneurship podcast.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, communicates clearly, and produces excellent work without constant supervision. There is no hand-holding in this job. You must be able to do your job without someone checking you 5 times a day or “following” up on tasks.
You will have real responsibilities from guest research, interview coordination, social media content creation, and audience engagement. We are a small team with high standards, and quality matters.
We care more about consistency, reliability, organisation, communication, and execution quality than degrees or multiple years of experience.
Ultimate success is someone who grows the number of listeners & followers for our podcast & social media channels.

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Based in Egypt
REMOTE role
Salary in USD ($500 starting salary, increasing over time with performance)
PT 20 hours a week (may increase to FT 40 hrs over time)
Strong computer skills and reliable Internet
Driven & Motivated:

This is a very visible job. We research + prepare + interview guests who are very busy professionals and entrepreneurs.
