🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily MEP works at project sites
• Coordinate and monitor MEP technicians and workers
• Ensure MEP works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams
• Monitor work progress and report site issues to management
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• 2 to 5 years of experience in MEP Projects
• Experience in supervising MEP site works
• Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities
• UAE Experience is preferred
• With Driving License is an Advantage

• Read and interpret MEP drawings and identify site requirements or technical issues.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure workers follow site safety rules and UAE safety requirements.
• Identify site problems and coordinate with engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and communicate site updates to management.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP works.
• Ensure work areas are properly organized and maintained.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure completed works are ready for consultant/client approval.
