- 3-5 years of professional experience as a HR Generalist or in a directly related role
- Strong hands-on proficiency with HR, Employee Relations, HRIS
- Working knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, Labor Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver on committed timelines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
