StrongBody is seeking motivated HR Freelancers to play a key role in expanding and developing a global network of experts and business partners on our platform.

In this role, you will leverage your existing connections, professional networks, and recruitment resources to identify and engage high-quality candidates across various industries. You will introduce them to the StrongBody Digital Profile Shop ecosystem, guiding them on how to position their expertise, build their personal brand, and successfully launch their services in an international marketplace.

Beyond sourcing, you will act as a strategic advisor — helping candidates understand the full value of joining StrongBody. This includes access to a global client base, the advantage of AI-powered voice translation technology that removes language barriers, and the opportunity to increase income by operating as an independent expert with their own digital storefront.

You will also support experts throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring they can confidently navigate the platform, complete their profiles, activate services, and start engaging with clients effectively. StrongBody’s internal team will provide full technical support, allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving quality partnerships.

Experience:
Currently working in Recruitment, Headhunting, or B2B Sales across industries like Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Education, or Healthcare. Experience working with mid-level or senior professionals is preferred.
Network:
Have an existing network of professionals, managers, experts, doctors, or consultants, or serve as an admin/moderator of professional or industry communities.
Skills & Mindset:
Strong talent sourcing and communication skills, ability to work with highly educated professionals, and a global, tech-open mindset.
