We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own our lifecycle email program out of Dubai. You will plan, design, and ship campaigns across our retail, hospitality, and member-loyalty audiences, working primarily within Klaviyo.
The role covers everything from weekly broadcasts to multi-stage automation flows (welcome, browse abandonment, win-back). You will collaborate with our copywriter on send-level copy, our designer on creative, and our analytics team on attribution and reporting.
We value specialists who treat deliverability as a first-class concern, who run disciplined A/B tests, and who can articulate why a particular send works for our audience versus a generic best-practice template.

- 3+ years of email marketing experience including hands-on Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Strong portfolio of live campaigns with documented results
- Solid understanding of deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Experience designing and shipping multi-stage automation flows
- Disciplined A/B test design and analysis
- Strong written English; Arabic copy review is a plus
- E-commerce or hospitality vertical experience preferred
