We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of information in our digital systems and databases. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
• Verify data accuracy, reviewing it for errors or inconsistencies and making necessary corrections to ensure high-quality records.
• Organize and compile information to prepare it for data entry or report generation.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Complete assigned daily/weekly tasks within established deadlines, minimizing errors.
• Support basic data cleaning and organization tasks using tools such as Word or similar software.
Requirements:
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles. • Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Knowledge of English (basic or intermediate level; reading and writing are essential, as some resources are in English).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word.
